Poison Ivy

Pamela is one of my favorite Gotham villains. I'm still waiting for a great version of her somewhere outside of comics. BATS was good, but a little too tame for my tastes, and we won't speak of Uma's version. Arkham City is probably the closest to what I'd like to see her as.
