Harley Quinn

In all honesty I'm stunned that this character has caught on. Don't get me wrong she's fantastic, but she kind of flys in the face of what the modern incarnation of the joker is. Harley always seemed to me that she would be better suited in the golden age. However, they've really done a great job of making her into an iconic character.
